  • Responsibilities:

    •       ‣ Deliver post-deployment support under a Service Level Agreement (SLA) at Level 1 and 2 commitments, including detection monitoring, compliance monitoring, support for customers' requests.

    •       ‣ Test & measure SW quality (mobile applications, webs, do autotest in CI/CD, test Microservices)

    •       ‣ Support in creating Standard Operating Procedure Document (SOP Document) and User Guide for Delivery Team and Customers; ensure compliance with Policies and Procedures


    •       ‣ Be familiar with Development tools & Proofing tools
    •       ‣ Ability to comply with Policies and Procedures
    •       ‣ Ability to analyze, solve problems, describe issues,...
    •       ‣ Have a passion for insurance of the smooth operation of mission-critical systems with millions of users
    •       ‣ A Bachelor's degree or Engineer's degree in Information Technology or in related fields
    •       ‣ 0-2 year(s) of experience in related fields
    •       ‣ Plus points: good knowledge of cybersecurity and information safety
